The man most directly responsible for this twaddle was Alastair Murray, who
did thus comment on Re: Set Time on the night of 28-Oct-97:
-> I was going to write 2 programs. One would save the current time to

Why dont you drag the TIME program from the Prefs drawer into the WBStartup
drawer and add DONOTWAIT in the tooltypes. =)
It will boot up and show its current settings every time you reset your
machine.
